Biography
Igor Gorkiy obtained a degree of a Doctor of Political Science in 2008, a degree of Candidate of Political Science in 2000.
Dr. Gorkiy beforehand received qualification of Economist from Saratov Economic Institute, Saratov Russia, in the field of Finance and Credit, in 1984.
He participated and organized researching fields which concern the reformation of the agribusiness sector, the analyses and modernization of political systems for the Saratov State Social and Economic University, Saratov State University named after N.G.Chernyshevskiy, Saratov Technical University, Academy of Sciences of the USSR. Dr. Gorkiy continues his research in conjunction with World War III Prevention Project, Corp., located in Jacksonville FL, USA. He coordinates a project developing a global political system modernization model through the development of new political technologies and the generation of a new type of social and political environment. As an author, Dr. Gorkiy’s credits include 12 academic monographs and books, many peer-reviewed and journalistic articles, often published in different languages and countries worldwide as relevant to his fields of research.
Research Interest
Dr. Gorkiy’s current research focuses on development of technologies of direct democracy; harmonic balancing and integration of business and social interests; a socially just system of business organization and monetary circulation; socially adequate concepts of property relations; and the generating of a new type of social and political environment capable of implementing transition of the modern political paradigm to a qualitatively new sociopolitical generation, on a global scale.

Dr Safonov participated in international scientific projects on innovation; developed a scientific projects platform for teachers, students and employers through joint cooperation with colleagues from Great Britain, Greece, and Estonia. Dr Safonov currently administers his own scientific projects school in which five (5) Doctoral dissertations and fourteen (14) Degree of Candidate of Sciences dissertations have all been defended under his guidance. Dr Safonov has authored more than 150 scientific and methodical publications which include textbooks, manuals, monographs and articles in professional editions discussing the problems of education, economics, management and the world economy.

Dr Safonov’s sphere of scientific interests is related to migration processes, state regulation, and management in the field of education and health care.

Ihor Vdovychyn has a PhD in Political Science and he is also a Professor and Head of the Department of Theory of State and Law at Lviv University of Trade and Economics, Lviv Ukraine.

For his academic and organizational achievements, Dr Zavalevskyi was recognized by a Certificate of Honor of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in 2002, Certificate of Honor of the Supreme Council of Ukraine in 2003, presented governmental honorary title “Honored Worker of Education of Ukraine” in 2007, and received awards by governmental orders “For Merit of the 3rd Degree” in 2014, and “For Merit of the 2nd Degree” in 2017. Dr Zavalevskyi is also an author of some 92 academic works.
