Biography
Igor Gorkiy obtained a degree of a Doctor of Political Science in 2008, a degree of Candidate of Political Science in 2000.
Dr. Gorkiy beforehand received qualification of Economist from Saratov Economic Institute, Saratov Russia, in the field of Finance and Credit, in 1984.
He participated and organized researching fields which concern the reformation of the agribusiness sector, the analyses and modernization of political systems for the Saratov State Social and Economic University, Saratov State University named after N.G.Chernyshevskiy, Saratov Technical University, Academy of Sciences of the USSR. Dr. Gorkiy continues his research in conjunction with World War III Prevention Project, Corp., located in Jacksonville FL, USA. He coordinates a project developing a global political system modernization model through the development of new political technologies and the generation of a new type of social and political environment. As an author, Dr. Gorkiy’s credits include 12 academic monographs and books, many peer-reviewed and journalistic articles, often published in different languages and countries worldwide as relevant to his fields of research.

Research Interest
Dr. Gorkiy’s current research focuses on development of technologies of direct democracy; harmonic balancing and integration of business and social interests; a socially just system of business organization and monetary circulation; socially adequate concepts of property relations; and the generating of a new type of social and political environment capable of implementing transition of the modern political paradigm to a qualitatively new sociopolitical generation, on a global scale.

Biography
Doctor of Economics Yuriy Safonov - Professor of the Department of Macroeconomics and Public Administration of the Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman, Kyiv Ukraine; Academician of the Academy of Economic Sciences of Ukraine.
Dr Safonov participated in international scientific projects on innovation; developed a scientific projects platform for teachers, students and employers through joint cooperation with colleagues from Great Britain, Greece, and Estonia. Dr Safonov currently administers his own scientific projects school in which five (5) Doctoral dissertations and fourteen (14) Degree of Candidate of Sciences dissertations have all been defended under his guidance. Dr Safonov has authored more than 150 scientific and methodical publications which include textbooks, manuals, monographs and articles in professional editions discussing the problems of education, economics, management and the world economy.

Research Interest
Dr Safonov’s sphere of scientific interests is related to migration processes, state regulation, and management in the field of education and health care.

Yevgen Maslennikov, Doctor and Professor of Economic Sciences, Odessa I.I.Mechnikov National University, Odessa Ukraine. He received his Doctorate of Economic Sciences, as well as an academic title of Assistant Professor in 2008, Dr Maslennikov received his academic title of Professor in 2016 from Odessa National University named after I. I. Mechnikov.
Yevgen Maslennikov beforehand received qualification of Economist from Odessa State Academy of Food Technologies, Odessa Ukraine, in the field of Accounting and Audit, in 1998.
Dr Maslennikov’s doctorate degree research subject was "Providing a system for managing the financial stability of an industrial enterprise: theory and methodology". He has more than 100 peer-reviewed publications and about 10 educational and methodological developments.

Research Interest
Dr Maslennikov’s scientific interests are related to state regulation, tax system, accounting and analytical support of the management system.

Tetyana Semigina is a Doctor of Political Science / Professor, and Vice-Rector at the Academy of Labor, Social Relations and Tourism, Kyiv Ukraine. She teaches ad hoc for the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, Kyiv Ukraine.
Dr Semigina was a consultant and participated in international research projects for many international organizations to include UNDP, the World Bank, EU, IOM, USAID, etc.

Biography
Ihor Vdovychyn has a PhD in Political Science and he is also a Professor and Head of the Department of Theory of State and Law at Lviv University of Trade and Economics, Lviv Ukraine.
Ihor Vdovychyn obtained a PhD in Political Science from Lviv Ivan Franko State University, Lviv Ukraine in 2011. He obtained the academic title of Professor from Lviv University of Trade and Economics, Lviv Ukraine, in 2013. Prior work included Associate PhD in Political Science, Lviv Ivan Franko State University, Lviv Ukraine, in 1994. Research subjects included – “Political Culture of Youth: the essence and problems of its formation”; and “Freedom of the person in the Ukrainian political thought of the right direction (1920s-1930s of 20th century)”. He is also an author of four (4) academic monographs, co-author of a collective academic monograph, and author of many peer-reviewed articles.

Biography
Lyudmyla Moskalyova is a Doctor and Professor of Pedagogical Science. She is Vice-Rector for scientific work of Bohdan Khmelnytsky Melitopol State Pedagogical University.
Dr Moskalyova is the author of more than 100 scientific publications worldwide; copyright certificates; curriculum with the stamp of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine; and guidelines which are actively used in the educational process of higher education in Ukraine. She is a member of the editorial Board of Specialized Professional Scientific Bulletin, Melitopol State Pedagogical University “Pedagogical Sciences”; and is a member of the Dissertation Council in Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University, Uman, Cherkassy region, Ukraine. She also has a number of national and international awards and recognitions for her academic and pedagogical activities.

Research Interest
Dr Moskalyova’s research interests are related to musical education methods, social pedagogy, preschool education, as well as theoretical and methodological support of dialogical interaction in cultural and educational practices, the preparation of highly qualified personnel, and the organization of educational process and innovative teaching methods.

Biography
Yurii Zavalevskyi obtained a degree of Doctor of Pedagogical Science and an academic title of Professor in 2015, degree of Candidate of Pedagogical Science in 2003, and an academic title of Associate Professor in 2005.
Dr Zavalevskyi’s fields of academic activity are theory and methodology of education; methods of professional education, development and introduction of innovative technologies of training and education; development and implementation of National Standards of Ukraine in the field of education and the modernization of educational content.
For his academic and organizational achievements, Dr Zavalevskyi was recognized by a Certificate of Honor of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in 2002, Certificate of Honor of the Supreme Council of Ukraine in 2003, presented governmental honorary title “Honored Worker of Education of Ukraine” in 2007, and received awards by governmental orders “For Merit of the 3rd Degree” in 2014, and “For Merit of the 2nd Degree” in 2017. Dr Zavalevskyi is also an author of some 92 academic works.

Research Interest
Dr Zavalevskyi’s academic interests are related to the development and introduction of innovative methods of training and teaching; the development of a scientific and methodological system for the development of teachers as competitive professionals in the innovative process; providing scientific and organizational support for experimental work on the design, implementation, and testing of new methods and technologies of teaching; and the creation and testing of educational literature.
